The Cambridge Companion to Bob Dylan
Bob Dylan is truly an accomplished musician. Recently he released his thirty third studio album. He has been a steady source of music, entertainment, and inspiration of culture for an extremely long time. Many of his works were transferred to texts over time and have been critiqued by the best.
There is no arguing that Dylan had a major roll in finding equilibrium in gender in rock ‘n’ roll and also the relationship between the modern and post modern. Dylan is used throughout the “Cambridge Companion to Bob Dylan,” sometimes to demonstrate how far culture can go in a certain direction. His literary style is truly one of a kind, thus standing out before all others. However, many people find that most of Dylan’s works lack an intellectual tone. I strongly disagree. It is apparent to me that the works of Bob Dylan touches on world problems that existed then, but also world problems that exist now. His lyrics instill a melancholy pondering of life and how it affects everybody. His work was also exalted as demonstration of exactly how it was to live and compose in his time.
